Recently, the International Cooperation Department of the China Securities Regulatory Commission issued an overseas listing filing notice to Hefei NEXCHIP Integrated Circuit Co., Ltd. The company plans to issue no more than 248.592 million ordinary shares for overseas listing and is preparing to list on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
