During a recent institutional research event, Lion Microelectronics stated that its silicon wafer business has a full order book, with 12-inch heavily doped silicon epitaxial wafers achieving full production and sales. Due to limited production capacity, the delivery times for 8-12 inch low-resistivity silicon epitaxial wafers have been extended, resulting in delayed shipments for some orders.
