The research team led by Researcher Lin Yibo and Professor Wang Runsheng at Peking University has long been dedicated to driving advancements in the AI-driven EDA open-source dataset series, CircuitNet. This endeavor has culminated in the release of its latest iteration, CircuitNet 3.0. Previously, to alleviate the scarcity of publicly accessible datasets in the AI-driven EDA domain, the research team, in collaboration with partners, unveiled CircuitNet 1.0, marking the establishment of the first large-scale open-source EDA dataset. This dataset lays a standardized data foundation, facilitating the application of machine learning techniques in chip design endeavors. Relevant accomplishments have been featured in Science China: Information Sciences, with additional extended research published in IEEE TCAD.
