Recently, SMIC Holdings Limited has successfully concluded the alterations to its industrial and commercial registration, resulting in a registered capital surge from US$5.95 billion to an estimated US$6.53 billion. Founded in July 2015, the company, under the legal stewardship of Liu Xunfeng, boasts a diverse business portfolio that includes foreign investment, wholesale operations, and the import and export of integrated circuit products, to name a few. It is entirely owned by SMIC.
