Qualcomm's two newly launched flagship mobile platforms have successfully enabled the deployment of large-parameter on-device Mixture-of-Experts (MoE) models through architectural upgrades and collaboration with ecosystem partners, making large-scale operation of complex on-device agent experiences possible. The summit also stressed that industrial implementation in the age of agents requires multi-party collaboration.
