On September 22, Xiaomi made a significant move by releasing the MiMo-V2.6 series and making it fully open-source. This series encompasses two native full-modal models, namely Pro and Flash. Alongside this release, Xiaomi also introduced the Pro ultra-high-speed mode and launched a desktop client for enhanced user experience.
The Pro model stands out on the global stage, securing the top spot in terms of open-source full-modal support. This achievement is a testament to Xiaomi's exceptional research prowess. Moreover, Xiaomi has gone the extra mile by fully open-sourcing not only the model weights but also the technical reports and RL (Reinforcement Learning) training resources, fostering a more collaborative and transparent research environment.
